How long does it take for my order to ship? 

Our turn around time for regularly stocked items is 1-4 business days from the time of order. If an item is a pre-order or you have ordered pre-order items with regularly stocked items it may take up to 14 business days for your order to ship. 

NOTE: For the month of July, all products are "pre-order" including the PPU exclusive. 

Do you offer combined shipping?

Yes, we check each days orders and will combine automatically for you. If an order is received after we have already shipped your previous order there is no way we can combine those orders. If you would like to place an order and wait to have it shipped with another order please contact us at l.larowe@llarowe.com with your current order number and state that you would like your order held for your next order/s.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on the following orders:

USA - orders of $50.00 and over shipped within the USA:

Cananda - orders of $100.00 and over shipped to Canada

International (outside of USA and Cananda) - orders of $200.00 and over shipped outside of the USA and Canada

I didn't receive my order. What should I do?

We send all orders with tracking. If you have tracked your order and it shows that it has not been received please contact us. We cannot be responsible for any orders that show as delivered to your shipping address

My item/s have arrived damaged. What should I do?

If your order has arrived damaged please send a picture of the damage item/s along with your order number to l.larowe@llarowe.com and we will be happy to replace the damaged item/s.

I love your photos on your site. May I use them?

All photos on our site have been used with the authorization of the swatcher/blogger providing the photos. Should you want to use one of the photos you must contact the person who provided the photo for authorization of it's use.

Are your products guaranteed? Do you take returns?

All nail polish products are guaranteed for one year from purchase.

All skin care products have expiration dates listed on each product.

We take returns of unused/unopened products. Please use our Contact Us page for a return authorization. Shipping costs to return are the customer's responsibility. Due to the nature of these products and hygienic concerns we do not accept any opened or used products for return.
