Koi Pondering is a vivid blue base packed with shimmer! And flash! And sparkle! If that's not enough, it is swimming with matte glitters in various sizes of white, orange, and yellow. Koi Pondering is a fully opaque polish using two or three coats.

âš« While all Scofflaw Nail Varnish has been tested (at the very minimum) for two months before being available to the public, some settling and separation of glitter/pigments over time is normal in all nail polish. So give your bottle a good shake (or use it as a prop in your next jazz-hands routine) before each use.
