Twinkling Tinsel

Twinkling Tinsel is a 3 free hand-blended, custom nail polish. Toluene, Formaldehyde and DBP Free Base: Yellow toned goldGlitter: Lots of gold and dark gold hexes, shards and dots. Along with gold and silver stars, green and red hexes.Opaque: 2-3 coatsPhoto Shows: 3 thin coats of 'Twinkling Tinsel' on it's own with one coat of Topcoat APPLICATIONI always recommend between 2 to 3 thin coats, allowing a few minutes between layers to dry. Allow a few minutes for the polish to dry before using a top coat otherwise some topcoats may shrink the polish.
