From Arcane Lacquer:
No Way Tawdry is a 3 free hand-blended, custom nail polish.
Toluene, Formaldehyde and DBP Free
Base: Black Jelly
Glitter: Colour shifting glass flecks. You will see magenta, blue, purple, green gold and more.
Opaque: 2-3 Coats
Photo Shows: 3 Thin coats of 'No Way Tawdry' with topcoat Seche Vite
APPLICATION
I always recommend between 2 to 3 thin coats, allowing a few minutes between layers to dry. Allow a few minutes for the polish to dry before using a top coat otherwise some topcoats may shrink the polish.

I use a high quality suspension base for all of my nail polish.
Pigment/MICA may settle a little over time. I recommened a gentle shake or roll before use.
I only use solvent resistant glitters and raw materials in my polish
