From Arcane Lacquer:

Infinity is a 3 free hand-blended, custom nail polish.
Toluene, Formaldehyde and DBP Free

Base: Bright Blue
Glitter: A mix of blues
Opaque: 2-3 Coats
Photo Shows: 3 Thin coats of 'Infinity' with topcoat Seche Vite

APPLICATION
I always recommend between 2 to 3 thin coats, allowing a few minutes between layers to dry. Allow a few minutes for the polish to dry before using a top coat otherwise some topcoats may shrink the polish.

I use a high quality suspension base for all of my nail polish.
Pigment/MICA may settle a little over time. I recommened a gentle shake or roll before use.
I only use solvent resistant glitters and raw materials in my polish

All nail polish is handmade to order there may be some slight differences between bottles

Whilst I do my very best to take colour accurate photographs, some polishes may appear different on depending on the colour settings and monitor resolutions of your computer/device

Let me start by saying: Even my DAD complimented me on this polish. My dad, who couldn't care less about such things. I've had cashiers at stores ooh and ahh over it, my clients want to know where I got it, and my coworkers have all threatened to come to my house and steal my bottle of it. It's the perfect cobalt blue glitter polish. It reminds me of 4th of July fireworks, glittery vintage vinyl, and sapphires under a jeweler's light. The coverage is superb, and a coat of Seche Vite keeps the glitter smooth. Buy it, but be warned: You won't be able to get by unnoticed with this on. (Posted on 5/12/2014)
